2. Returns/Exchanges for Quality Issues

• If you receive a product with quality issues (such as damage, incorrect items, or other obvious defects), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will provide a return or exchange service.

 

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Quality Issues: We will cover the return shipping costs for products with quality issues.

• Non-Quality Issues: As we do not support returns or exchanges for non-quality issues, no return shipping costs will be involved.
